Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Shipping, Delivery & Payments

  • Pricing and Currency
    All prices on Vedsaa are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), and all payments are processed in INR.

  • Courier Partners and Delivery Time
    We partner with reliable ground-based courier services for deliveries across India. Shipping is processed within 2 days, and orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Certain pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery services.

  • Shipping Charges
    Orders below ₹599 will incur a minimum shipping fee of ₹49. A nominal fee of ₹50 applies to COD orders.

  • International Shipping
    We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

  • Payment Method
    Vedsaa exclusively accepts payments through Razorpay.

  • Payment Security
    For security reasons, do not share your credit card details via email. All transactions are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe and encrypted online orders.

  • Order Confirmation
    Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number.

  • Order Tracking
    After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Orders can be tracked on the Vedsaa website or through your account page.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Product Damage and Return Policy
If you receive a damaged product, report it immediately. Only one complaint is allowed per order, meaning only one replacement or return is permitted. We strongly advise not accepting defective or damaged products upon delivery.

Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting customer support at support@vedsaa.com or via phone. Cancellations are not accepted once the order is shipped.

Order Cancellation by Vedsaa
Vedsaa reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Product unavailability or temporary stock-out

  • Quantity limitations

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Delivery to non-serviceable locations
    In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be credited within 7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing timeline.

Offers, Vouchers & Purchase Limits

  • Offers and Promotions
    To use special offers, ensure you are signed in and apply the promo code at checkout. Promo codes must be entered exactly as displayed (case-sensitive). Only one promo code is allowed per order. Promo codes do not apply to already discounted items.

  • Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points
    If an order paid with discount vouchers or loyalty points is canceled, the vouchers are considered used. Loyalty points will be credited back to your account if the order is canceled.

  • Maximum Purchase Limit
    Vedsaa products are meant for personal use only. Some products may have a maximum purchase limit. If this limit is exceeded, additional purchases for the same product will be restricted for two weeks. Orders violating this policy will be canceled, and legal action may be taken if reselling is suspected.
